Daniel E. Viassolo is a Data Analytics Manager and Principal Scientist with the Well Construction Division of Schlumberger, based in Houston, TX. He is a technical expert in Prognostics & Health Management, Machine Learning, Optimization, Controls and Dynamic Systems. Daniel authored 27 granted US patents and more than 40 technical papers while working on diverse applications across Oil & Gas, Renewable and Conventional Power Generation. He has extensive experience as people manager, technical expert advisor, and program/project manager. Daniel obtained a PhD from Purdue University and attended Business leadership training from Texas A&M
