Debasis heads the Aerospace,Defense and Process Industries verticals for Tech Mahindra globally ; providing leadership to technology, outsourcing and digital solution offerings.

Debasis has  over 23 years of IT and consulting experience in organizations like Capgemini, Honeywell, Oracle, Ramco Systems etc..cutting across Delivery, Bid Management, Product development and business consulting functions.

 At Capgemini Debasis was responsible for offshore delivery and  solutioning for key A&D customers from continental Europe geography with a focus on France. Prior to which Debasis  worked for Honeywell in the Aerospace SBG IT function both in India and USA . Debasis has experience of developing and implementing ERP solutions for Aerospace,Chemicals,Paper &Pulp,Metal mining customers in the process areas of Supply chain, corporate functions MRO etc.

Debasis has advised CXOs and Technology leaders in  large and complex  transformation initiatives
