Position: Head of Energy, EMEA, BMO Capital Markets

Jeremy has 23 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry and Investment Banking and is Head of Energy, EMEA for BMO Capital Markets‎. 

BMO recently advised and acted as mandated lead arranger for Chrysaor's acquisition of select assets from Royal Dutch Shell for US$3.0 to US$3.8 billion‎ and advised Lundin Petroleum on the creation and spin-out of International Petroleum Company valued at US$400-500 million.  

Jeremy has strong and established executive and board level relationships across the global oil and gas industry and extensive M&A experience, having executed numerous buy-side, sell-side, public and private transactions for Majors, national oil companies, utilities and others.  Jeremy also has an in-depth understanding of equity and debt Capital Markets having advised and acted for a wide variety of companies around their capital needs.
