Lourdes Reyes

Lourdes Reyes is Business Development Manager for AMERICAS at Schneider Electric, based in Houston, TX.  Lourdes brings over 20 years of global experience in Business Value Consulting, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Digital Transformation thru Software-centric solutions in various industries, including Energy and Chemicals, Power and MMM, among others.

Lourdes has held several roles in Business Development, Consulting, Managing, Sales, Sales Strategy, Engineering and Training in North America and South America. She joined Schneider Electric through the acquisition of Invensys and worked for AVEVA as a result of its reverse acquisition by Schneider Electric. Additionally, Lourdes has also worked for AspenTech and, at the beginning of her career she worked for Smurfit Kappa where she held roles in Global Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain.

Lourdes loves traveling and learning about different cultures, languages, history, art, and archeology; she speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese and some Italian. She has lived in Mexico City, Boston, Singapore, and Houston. While in Singapore, she joined a charity group to support education of children in Cambodia, where she visited elementary schools and high schools to meet with the children and teachers receiving the donations (bicycles to reduce commuting from 2 hrs. walking to 20 min.).

Lourdes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, a post-graduate Degree in International Commerce and an M.B.A. from Universidad Iberoamericana of Mexico City, Mexico.
