With a career spanning bp, S&P, and WoodMackenzie, Alastair brings a wealth of experience in corporate strategy and energy transition.
Over the last six years in this role, he has been responsible for ensuring executives and senior leadership have informed perspectives with regards to the competitor landscape to make better strategic and financial decisions. His remit is across the energy value chain along with core areas of focus in energy transition, trading, and technology.
Prior to joining bp, he worked in consulting teams in S&P and WoodMackenzie across E&P and upstream technology. A native of Aberdeen, Alastair started his career at Talisman Energy in 2006. He holds a MSc in Management, Innovation & Change from the University of Aberdeen.
