Her career has spanned technical, commercial, and leadership roles in well engineering, business planning, contract management, and cost engineering. Over the past 14 years, she has held a range of positions supporting wells planning and operations, including team leadership and business support functions.
Joanne has significant experience in Lean and Agile coaching, contract management, and organisational performance improvement across diverse international environments in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She is passionate about delivering sustainable results through continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and capability development.
