Esther Diederen, expert in digital transformation & change management in energy, has nearly 20 years of experience delivering transformational programmes in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Baringa, Esther worked for several oil and gas operators like TAQA, BP, Centrica E&P and Spirit Energy.

Esther is a passionate advocate for the potential of digital to improve businesses – to ensure sustainability, improve efficiency, improve employers work satisfaction, and boost performance. Esther helps her clients to identify improvement opportunities and guides her clients to focus their digital effort to challenges that directly impact value and or safety performance. From the start of the engagement Esther works with her clients on a change management approach to help the organisation to adopt the new ways of working.

Working for and with medium sized and major Upstream and Midstream organisations, she has developed deep expertise in how to derive value from digital technologies by focusing efforts on high value opportunities and driving adoption of new ways of working and digital solutions.
