Position: Head of Business Development & Innovation, Glitre Energy

Guro leads Glitre Energy’s work on finding, developing and scaling new and innovative solutions within green value chains, building up under the company’s strategy of “electrifying the future”.

She has significant experience from the energy sector, previously holding positions within strategy and business development at Kongsberg Digital, Norsk Hydro and Equinor. In addition, she has been a part of establishing Techstars Energy Accelerator in Norway, working with cutting edge energy startups globally.

She is passionate about innovation and the important (and sometimes challenging) corporate & startup cooperation, and a strong believer that partnerships will enable sustainable solutions for a greener future.
