Named to Energy & Environment News’ List of “People to Watch – Five Key Players in Climate” and awarded by the California Legislature for significantly influencing California’s climate policy debate, Tiffany Roberts has spent the past 15 years helping shape and inform climate and energy policy across the US.
Ms. Roberts recently joined Phillips 66 where she leads the company’s government affairs activities for the western US. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Western States Petroleum Association. She previously held positions with the California Legislature including serving as Senior Energy and Climate Policy Analyst for the Legislative Analyst’s Office. She is an economist by training and holds a certification in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG.
From serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in the former Soviet Republic of Turkmenistan to volunteer work in sub-Saharan Africa, she is passionate about strategic initiatives aimed at addressing climate change, sustainability, and economic development.
