Herve Huisman

Hervé Huisman is the CEO & co-founder of Gradyent. Prior to founding Gradyent, he was a director at ASML and a manager at McKinsey & Co. During his time at McKinsey, Hervé gained significant experience leading large operational, IT and strategy programs at energy companies. Today, Hervé’s extensive experience helps him to guide Gradyent in its mission to decarbonise heating grids.

Hervé holds an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from TU Delft and an MBA from INSEAD
