Omar Alhammadi, a Specialist in Smart Field at ADNOC, where I focus on driving digital transformation within the energy sector. My expertise lies in digitalization and project management, having led strategic projects such as implementing AI-powered smart centers and building ADNOC’s new digital maturity framework. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with global technology providers to enhance ADNOC’s digital capabilities. Beyond my technical role, I’ve been passionate about empowering young professionals within ADNOC. I led ADNOC Onshore Youth Committee initiatives like the ‘One Day Leader’ program and ‘Youth Talks,’ which give youth the chance to engage directly with executive leadership, gaining essential leadership skills.
I’ve also had the privilege of representing ADNOC and the UAE on international stages, including the external Digital Forums and internal Events. At these events, I focused on AI’s role in decarbonizing the energy sector and scaling digital solutions. My work in smart field technology and digital twin systems is aimed at shaping the future of the energy industry.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in the USA, where I actively promoted UAE culture and led several initiatives to raise awareness among international students. I am driven by the belief that technology and innovation, when harnessed effectively, can lead to meaningful change and global collaboration.
