Caroline Brown

Caroline Brown is Global Business Director, responsible for the relationship between Microsoft and BP internationally and is the Resources Industry lead for Microsoft UK. Caroline collaborates and orchestrates across the Resources industry ecosystem to build platform capabilities and offerings to help customers leverage and exploit disruptive technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, mixed reality and more, to build on existing systems and infrastructure for transforming and digitizing their businesses.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Caroline worked at Hewlett Packard and IBM in sales roles.

Caroline has a PhD in Marine Ecology and Oceanography from the University of Southampton / Natural History Museum, London. She is married with two children and enjoys gardening and turning the products of her labours into culinary delights.
