Claire Phillips

Claire Phillips is UK Country Director, Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE), at Baker Hughes and is responsible for HSE and delivery performance for the UK region whilst empowered to make decisions impacting growth in the UK, a region that covers 4,000 employees.

Claire has more than 20 years’ experience in the international energy industry holding a broad range of roles including Senior Operations Manager, P&L Leader, General Manager and Global Quality Director.

With an early career in Mechanical Engineering, Claire developed a strong passion for STEM and is an ambassador for Diversity Equity & Inclusion in Baker Hughes inclusive culture acting as Executive Sponsor for Women’s Network and STEM as part of the company’s Employee and Community Resource Groups.
