Dr Dalia Abdallah

Dr. Dalia Abdallah has over 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, currently serving as Technology Manager at ADNOC Onshore. She drives technology adoption to support ADNOC's 2030 sustainable growth strategy, with a track record of research, piloting, and deployment resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in value creation for her company. Recognized for her expertise in Production Chemistry, with over 50 publications and a patent, Dalia earned the 2012 SPE MENA Regional Award in Production Operations and the 2021 ADIPEC Award for research breakthrough of the year. Her leadership in fostering an innovation culture recently earned her the prestigious 2023 SPE MENA Regional Award in the Management category.

Dr. Dalia is also passionate about diversity and inclusion, where she champions STEM education for young girls and spearheads diversity initiatives at ADNOC Onshore, leading to the company receiving the ADIPEC 2021 Diversity and Inclusion Award.

Dalia is also a proud mother of two kids.
