Elena Mariotti

Elena Mariotti is an Energy Leader and Chartered Engineer with over 10-year leadership experience in the Oil & Gas industry internationally; having worked in technical, commercial and strategic roles.

Elena advises Executives of major Oil & Gas companies and service companies how to digitally transform and innovate themselves. Before working in management consulting, Elena worked in very hands-on roles, including working on oil rigs in the North Sea.

Elena has extensive experience in end-to-end digital transformation, from digital strategy and roadmap to Minimum Viable Products to industrialisation at scale.  Her functional expertise resides on: assets and operations performance optimisation, workforce efficiency and safety improvement.

Elena has been elected as non-executive board member across several leading organisations, where she leads innovation and inclusion & diversity initiatives.

Elena has two master’s degrees in engineering with Honours, one of which from ENI University, and Executive MBA at Oxford Said Business School.
