Filipe Mota da Silva

Filipe Mota da Silva works at TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) as Consulting Leader for Energy, Resources and Utilities in UK and EU. He has 16 years of experience in energy and technology sector and has helped several organizations embracing large digital transformational programmes to improve their operations and tackle new opportunities. He is currently helping clients accelerate a Net Carbon future through his expertise around target operating model definition, business transformation, change management and diversity and inclusion. He is a World Energy Council Advisor Member, Harvard Business Review Advisor Board and Reading Jury for the Annual Start-up Energy Transition.

He holds a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Lisbon University, MBA from Hult International Business School in Boston, USA and attended Executive Programmes at Harvard University and Oxford Princeton. Filipe lives in London and worked around the world, including his native country Portugal, and has completed stints in China and the USA.
