Position: Senior Energy Development Consultant, Xodus
Gemma Pitt has over 20 years experience in the energy sector as a process and development engineer. Her experience covers all stages of project maturity from concept through to detail design and regulatory stewardship. Gemma’s recent experience within the North Sea regulator (NSTA) saw her lead the Bacton Energy Hub area plan, providing technical input and strategy framing as well as leading on building the regulator’s functional expertise in hydrogen and framing their regulatory remit for hydrogen. She also has experience providing technical input in to hydrocarbon licence rounds as well as evaluation of carbon storage licence applications and awards. She is currently a senior engineer within the energy developments team at Xodus, which is a global energy consultancy delivering leading services and products across all stages of an energy development and has over 17years of CCUS experience.
