Dr Hatem Ahriz

Hatem is an academic and course leader of the MSc Cyber Security at Robert Gordon University. He is a Certified Ethical Hacker and leads a cyber security meetup in Aberdeen and the North-East of Scotland to encourage the networking and collaboration of security professionals and bring security awareness to the wider community. 

Hatem has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and has 20 years of applied research experience working with local companies including in the O&G industry. 

His most recent research interest is in the application of AI to cyber security.
