Hugh Ferguson

My current role is Strategy Development Director at i-Tech 7, Subsea 7’s Life of Field business unit. I have spent 34 years working in the Offshore Oil, Gas and Renewables industry, originally as a Geophysicist / Hydrographic Surveyor before migrating to Engineering and Project Management. I have held roles onshore and offshore working for large scale SURF, EPCI and Life of Field projects, before moving to a more senior management role in Pipelay, Life of Field and now Strategy. My current role also involves accountability for i-Tech 7’s Digitalisation programme, working in conjunction with our partners and the larger Subsea 7 group.
