James Mc Lean

James has over 19 years of experience, providing IT services, projects and transformation activities across Upstream, Downstream and Commercial businesses throughout Europe Africa and the Middle East. In addition to this, James has also executed Global IT projects spanning multiple cultures and time zones. In his current role, James is a member of the ConocoPhillips UK Senior Leadership Team and sees this role as a strategic partner to the executive team; fostering challenging dialogue and establishing work programme to disrupt traditional, historic work processes. By continuing to build and evolve a forward-looking digital workplace strategy for Oil & Gas, he believes the E&P industry will continue to sustain lower supply and development costs for the long term.
