Javier Rodriguez

Dr. Javier Rodriguez is the Director of the Oil & Gas Production group within the Siemens Process Modelling Competence Center. He has over 15 years’ experience on advanced process modelling and optimisation. His expertise lies in assisting chemical and oil & gas companies to fully leverage model-based solutions throughout all stages of design and operation, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimising processes. Javier holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London. His publications include technical papers on a range of topics, including production optimisation, carbon capture and storage, advanced thermodynamics, and state estimation for flow assurance.
