Joanna Jedrys

Joanna Jedrys embodies the spirit of change.

She graduated with a degree in Applied Geophysics from the University of Cracow, Poland, and later earned her PhD in Earth Science from the same institution. With 10 years of experience in seismic interpretation, she has contributed to projects across various regions in Europe, working with both service companies and operators in Poland and Germany.

Six years ago, Joanna transitioned into the commercial sphere, where she has since excelled in leading interdisciplinary digital and technology projects. As a change manager, she has been instrumental in facilitating projects, processes, and people, driving digitization and fostering cultural transformation within organizations.

Joanna is also a passionate advocate for gender equality. As the co-founder and former co-chair of the Wintershall Dea Women’s Network (2018-2021), she has dedicated the past six years to organizing and leading awareness campaigns and corporate events, championing the cause of gender equality.
