Padmanabh Padiyar

Paddy (Padmanabh) Padiyar has over 18 years of corporate experience simplifying organisations' data, analytics, and AI transformation journeys. He is currently Head of Data Strategy and Performance in Petronas. Before that, he was with IBM as the Data and Analytics Practice Leader in the Managed IT Infrastructure Services division and with Dell in their Consumer Tech Services segment.  Aside from work, he also serves as a Business Coach with Asia School of Business, Malaysia (Collaboration between MIT Sloan and Bank Negara), providing industry perspective to projects to solve real business problems at host companies
