Phil Conner

 Phil’s career in the UK energy industry spans more than 28 years. He spent 25 years with oil majors BP, Conoco and Shell, and the last three years as Technical Director of Kellas Midstream, a UK private equity funded midstream infrastructure owner and operator. 

He has managed and directed high performing teams within Joint Venture owned assets for UK onshore and offshore operations, to deliver engineering and operations excellence, successful projects, and major turnaround activities. 

Phil is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and holds a first class honors and Master of Philosophy degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton.
