21 years of well-rounded experience within power and energy industry. Being with bp for 20years and have managed to perform roles within Operations, engineering, projects, finance and procurement. Mechanical engineer with MBA in Supply Chain.

I have performed strategic leadership roles in procurement. Throughout my career, I have performed various roles in procurement in Projects , Operations areas including Projects execution and category type roles. In my current role as Global Director Brown field projects, engineering and Low Carbon Start-ups, I have been driving transformation and value delivery using supplier management and alliancing as key enablers. I am leading the energy transition journey and sustainability programs within procurement using digital enablement and agility.

I am actively participating in industry events as well as university events to talk about energy transition along with challenges and opportunities.

I am married with Madiha, and a father of 2 boys 11 and 8 Mustafa and Ahmed respectively. I love spending times with my family and studying financial markets and transformational stories about various businesses and companies.
