Tracey Pearce is a Senior Principal at Infosys, based in London, where she leads large transformation programmes focused on data and AI-led innovation. She specialises in translating complex, enterprise-scale initiatives into practical, value-driven platforms, helping organisations operationalise AI and deliver tangible business outcomes.
With more than 20 years of experience, including two decades at bp, Tracey brings deep expertise in digital and data transformation across asset-intensive environments. She has led large portfolios and global teams, driving transformation initiatives with a strong focus on cost efficiency and value delivery.
Tracey has delivered enterprise data platforms integrating more than 28 services across 22 systems, enabling API-driven access across 18 business units. She has also led the consolidation of more than 600 master data attributes into unified models at scale. In addition, she helped shape an AI-enabled document intelligence platform that unlocked bp’s extensive knowledge repository, supporting improved search and decision-making while delivering significant business value.
Her AI and machine learning work achieved broad enterprise adoption and was featured at Microsoft Ignite, with further recognition through publication by IDC.
