Her perspective is grounded in the plant floor. Across nearly a decade at a global pump manufacturer, Tyra built her career around the reliability of critical rotating equipment, the same asset class that underpins production across the oil and gas industry. Apprentice-trained as a mechanical engineer, she progressed into maintenance and production planning and scheduling, becoming an advanced SAP user responsible for end-to-end shopfloor planning, scheduling, and execution, before moving into a supervisory role leading a cross-functional team of planners, schedulers, and production engineers.
In that role, she drove standardised planning processes, improved schedule adherence, and strengthened operational discipline. This combination of deep ERP expertise and hands-on operational experience enables Tyra to bridge system capability with real-world execution, solving complex maintenance challenges in ways that stand up where the work actually happens.
